Best Glue/Putty?

Hey all, I need some advice on glue and putty. I have a urethane vader mask and I will be attatching lenses, foam, fan, and grill to it, and I dont know if I should use a high temp glue gun or some kind of super glue, but I heard that the fumes from super glue in a mask is unbearable. And in the event I mess up( or I go back to working on my Rubies vader) what kind of putty should I use? I tried some boat bondo on something before and I think I mixed in too much hardener or im an idiot or something, because it just came out awul and was impossible to sand. I saw alot of epoxy and glue at home depot and true value but I dont want to get the wrong thing. Suggestions?

Aves epoxy putty works great for me. Comes in two containers, you have to mix it in equal parts, softens and smoothes with water. Doesn't seem to react badly with any plastic I've used it on so far and it doesn't smell bad.

Kicker is another product that, when combined with the glue, causes it to immediately cure (or kick, hence the term). It's good for situations where you don't want to wait to let the glue dry.

I second that. The Aves epoxy putty is outstanding.
