Being Human UK - Alex Jacket

I figured I'd post here in the hopes that maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I'm either looking to locate and purchase the jacket Alex, the ghost from Being Human UK, wears or have it made by someone.

I've tried searching all over google but so far I've turned up nothing. If I can't locate the exact jacket she wears, can anyone recommend someone reputable to make it? Hopefully for a reasonable price. I'd like faux leather but will settle for real if I have to.
