Beginner's Grail Diary (Printable Pages + Inserts)

I have been slowly working on making the Grail Diary. Starting with the inserts. Done the Money on tracing paper, it has a nice feel to it. Going to thrift shops and buying old books to get the paper from. I have quite a collection of paper now, various weights and textures.

Petertiger gave me some great pdf files, which I really appreciate. I'm thinking of making 2 dairies. One more traditional and the other a story diary. I want to do a lot of the illustrations myself. However where pages are dupilcated in the movie one, I reckon I will just print those ones off.

I started on the rubbing this week. I had tried using clay, but the transfer was a failure and too hard to see the writing. After different methods I decided to make my own. I used my Cricut machine to cut vinyl and place the paper over it to get my rubbing. I used newsprint paper which is thin and light. Similar to butchers paper but lighter. We used to use it when I was a kid to do rubbings inside church's back in in England. We used wax crayon. I use Crayola chestnut crayon for this rubbing.

UPDATE:
As part of my bigger project to create a complete archive of Indiana Jones Paper Props both official from the film and fan created, I've decided to provide all my Grail Diary Signatures and Inserts into it's own google drive until I've completed the upload and construction of the Archive. The link to the Grail Documents is now in my first message but expect a little wait to be accepted as I wish to ease the problem of prop pirates.

Enjoy!

Many thanks Dylan Conway I have some props I have made I can contribute them to the cause if you want them?

I have been working on a few things for the my Grail Diary. Mainly the inserts, however I am at the point of creating the actual diary so not sure which way to go. Story diary or a Hero Diary. Maybe one of each.

Anyhow, here is some of the stuff I have done.

nice design. I see only one little point witch can get a benefit from a small change: I think in the letter from Eleanora it would look better if it become handwritten in your next try - the same with the signature from al-Jawf

I'm succumbing to the urge to do another hand written, hand drawn grail diary, the first one my grand daughter has. I have a blank book and am testing some inks as I want to use fountain pens.

One thing I am having issue with is finding a good copy of the endpapers so i can print and stick inside the covers. I did have it somewhere but cannot find it. Does anyone have a good quality image of these?
