***EDIT***
Hi everyone!
I'm going to bump this because we got the confirmation that this episode showcasing the lifecasting and making of the costume will air this Friday Oct the 12th, at 11:35PM on City TV in Canada.
Otherwise if you're outside of Canada, you can view it on your computer through Ripe.tv
Just look for the Ed the sock avatar and select the program.

Yesterday was the final filming for 'Ed the Sock' and with Liana K. in the costume.
The costume is based on the new Batwoman design from Alex Ross.
Here's some in progress pics of the costume..
The costume is cast in silicone with red flocking on the chest logo. The cowl is cast up in flexible urethane resin and was cast around her life cast so it was a good comfortable glove fit.
The only parts we didnt manufacture ourselves were the undersuit and boots.
I know I look like I got hit by a bus, but I was on almost 48 hours of no sleep and the episode finished filming last night at 2:00 AM....
This was a lot of fun and the crowd reaction was extremely cool. She really got into character and brought the whole thing together beautifully. The episode should air in late Spring.
We have more outfits to do together so watch for some new progress pics.
These were some of the pics from the lifecasting day back in December..
Enjoy!
