Batman Prop Help

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting on here and was just after some advice? I am wanting to make a bust of William Shakespeare similar to the one used in the 60's Batman TV Show(see image). I know what is required for the electronics of it but I am unsure how I would actually make the bust? What would be the best way to make it etc?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I'd imagine that the original was probably a replica of a actual bust, probably pretty commonplace. If you found that then look up making a 2 part mold on youtube, There are tons of videos watch a couple to get an idea of the process. Once you have a copy, cut off the head, and a hinge you're basically done.
