This is a resin cast replica of the buckle worn by Clark Bartram in Sandy Collora’s famous fan film. Sized to the belt used in the film (military belt pictured).
It is cast in black resin with aluminum metal powder (not painted), and it is then polished to give off a realistic metal sheen.
The original was modeled and 3D printed prior to being cleaned up and finalized for molding.
