Hope I'm not too late this comment but if you wanted to still use the hard plastic version you could cut a bit of the back/bottom off to make it easier to put on, and use magnets or buckles or something as a way to reattach it once it's on your head; it's a fairly common practice with those who build the Iron Man suits. You'd just have to make sure you made a super clean cutThanks a lot, that's the problem I can't, in hard plastic its impossible to get inside, I have to make another cast for the soft urethane version or of this one, that will take some time, money ....![]()

And btw this build is looking badass, I do especially like how you've built the helmet/cowl. The Batman Beyond cowl is always a hard one to pull off and/or reinterpret. I'm still trying to figure out how I want to finish building mine haha
