Hope I'm not too late this comment but if you wanted to still use the hard plastic version you could cut a bit of the back/bottom off to make it easier to put on, and use magnets or buckles or something as a way to reattach it once it's on your head; it's a fairly common practice with those who build the Iron Man suits. You'd just have to make sure you made a super clean cut

And btw this build is looking badass, I do especially like how you've built the helmet/cowl. The Batman Beyond cowl is always a hard one to pull off and/or reinterpret. I'm still trying to figure out how I want to finish building mine haha

Great job. The honey comb pattern on the helmet is a nice touch. You should incorporate that throughout the whole suit.

This is looking so good. What type of glue are you using for attaching the foam to the morph suit?

Awesome work man ! ... i was wondering... did you used the same thickness in all the pieces of the armor ? because i can't notice it, it looks kinda different in the chest and the large pieces of the back armor, but i don't know ... what thickness did you used ? ..... i'm working in a nightwing armor and is my first try with foam.

Thank you appreciate that! Its completely build out of 5 mm Eva foam, for the chest I uses a pepacura dark knight chest and changed it a little bit. The back is my own creation, for the details on the chest I used 2 mm foam
