Batman Armor foam build

I'm gonna attempt my first full foam Batman armor build. I can't wait to get started. Might be challenging but it wouldn't be fun if wasn't. I will post pictures and updates as i go.

I decide to start building the cowl first i am using templates that I purchased from olympianprops on etsy. I'm about half way done I just have the jaw section to build. I'm gonna use elastic to connect the two sections of the helmet so the jaw will move when I talk. Here are some build progress photos
