I know about distances :;) ... But I have read all his posts, and the guy said that he was always on the move because of his job...

Plus, as a lawyer and knowing thieve habits, I can say that in 99%, items will be sold on eBay...
The aim is to watch eBay every day, because he knows about the plan, Police etc...
He going to through away the items and will have helps from his friends.... Even if we have evidences, proofs, etc... He will going to say to the Police/Judge, that he sent them back or doesn't received them, or destroyed them... Or it is the Post office fault etc...

My scares are about the foreign legal element, the cost of the law suit and the contradictory procedure... I don't know much about Australian criminal procedure but the judiciary pbs are the same all around the world...

A little advice for the victims, when he will be sued by a prosecutor, just catch the name of the prosecutor and harass him like never... just make him regretting of doing this job by sending him mails, copies of Pms and post office invoices, pictures, and mails about how it works out... Every weeks or months...

Time is running out and the guy is smart... If he is doing this since almost 5 years and get never caught, there is a reason...

Heh. I'm a good bit bigger than Simon...but I sure wouldn't want him pissed at me. The dude handles things. :lol

Ok guy's ...... Don't hate me fir this but I have good news and bad news. The good news is Mitchell is on his way BACK to prison. Yes he's been there before, twice infact. This time there was a bench warrant for his arrest as he missed a court hearing and broke his parole.

The bad news is the stuff is all gone. Sorry but he has been doing this on other forums around the globe for at least 3 or 4 years. He has even recast things from at least one member here( who I will contact privately ) . His photobucket accounts. Yes that's right there's more than 1 all contain pics with your and other people props etc.

You see Mitchel is a serial fraudster and will come back and do it again. I have spoken with someone who has multiple files in him as do the local police. He is not just some newb who has ripped a few people off. This is what he does. he has at least 30 known aliases, that's 28 plus the two on here.

I will post more info tonight. As I'm on the I phone at the mo. But sorry guy's ... He won't be sending anything back.

Ah ******* it. As a kid/Internet scammer he must have worked seriously hard to get his ass into prison in this country. But I bet they weren't long sentences. Once saw a woman spared any jail time despite conviction on her second count of stealing-as-a-servant, payroll fraud and tax fraud.

Well that definitely sucks, but at least his butt is in jail. Thanks for all your hard work Jedimaster, you definitely went above and beyond.

Hey Simon,

thanks for this community service.

I am really curious where all the stuff went? The prop community is a small one, and if the stuff is gone via internet, then there should be at least some evidence of who bought it? I really wonder what more the police will unearth in this case.

Do we have an inmate or booking # yet? If he is in fact in jail than all that is public records that should be available online or if not at least obtained by phonecall free of charge. Perhaps we all send him some letters in jail reminding him we still want our stuff back

I wish this had a better outcome guy's. To give you an idea of his character. Some of you were told to send to his brother right? Well turns out he has scammed people using his brothers name. So his brother now has a record for fraud. The thing is....he's only 17 and is now going to carry that on record because of mitchell.

He has also used the names of his old school buddies without their knowledge. One of his old friends is now a web designer , but if you google his name it say's he has been done for Internet fraud.

Mitchell has been done twice for stealing cars hence the skyline connection.

He is currently dealing in stolen iPhones hence the different ip addresses.

His latest cons have been on here , the halo forums where he has scammed at least one full suit and a couple of buckets , white armor, biker scout , etc,etc

I will forward the list of items here and the police have the right to seize anything he has they believe maybe stolen. This will of course be used as evidence so by "gone" I mean he won't be sending it. The police will have my details so if anything is to ever be returned I will let you know. But seriously I wouldn't hold you're breaths.

A lot of this has come to light this afternoon. Thanks go to new member here Hudson who is the Co of the 501st red back garrison here in Oz. He has several files on this loser and has been following him for four years watching him try to con people both on his site as well as many others.

I really wish this was better news guy's.....the guy's just a tosser.

Mental note to selves. Before buying or selling to a new member. Google his name....

Sad, just sad. The amount of work to juggle that many aliases etc. he may as well work a real job. I Feel for his Mother. My oldest went through a stage where people he had ripped off would approach my Wife and I, and all we could say is "He's an adult, he's not allowed near us or the house, we don't know where he is, we can't help you." I think any prosecution of him at this point MUST carry an injunction against using a computer, cellphone, or any other piece of equipment that can connect to the internet.

I don't know who's going to advocate for the victims on this one, but as said, the DA must be hammered with "No easy plea deal" communications, or he'll just get another slap on the wrist, get time and a fine, get out, and start all over again. With guys like this, it's almost an addiction.
 
Do you know if the cops are pursuing any charges or following up on our claim? Here in the USA there would be enough to issue a warrant and do a search of his house/brothers house/ mothers house to look look for the stolen goods. Also here it would be a felony charge because of the value.
 
Where did the info come from that he was on his way back to jail? A trusted source? You just hope it didn't come from an aquaintance of his, just saying it to call off the heat and get people to back down thinking justice has been served. I am sure he has friends watching for him, especially if he gave them some of the stolen stuff in exchange for their help. The stuff doesn't seem to have been sold, so it must be handed off to someone or more than one person to hide.
 
like I said there is enough(at least in the US) to perform a search and seize anything on the list (which they have a pretty detailed list just from the RPF). I just posted a link on Rebelscum linking to this thread..

It's a whole different story here. There is no freedom of information act here so you won't find his record. Also the police collate each report until there is enough to pursue. He is living with his mom which goes against his parole so they will no doubt be picking him up on that.

I will keep you posted if I hear anything but as I said don't hold you're breath.
