I was just more or less surprised by his appearance, I expected him to look more, I dunno, mature or cleaver maybe since he's been doing this to people for a while.

Well, I'm off to ummmm, figure out a way to fall asleep I guess.

Ok Guy's , quick update. I didn't mention this this morning as i needed to see how it panned out. I spoke to his mother this morning and told her everything including scamwatch , the police , the other forums and the FBI...(More about that later).

Anyhoo i just got a message from boomer/Mitchel...whatever.. it reads as follows


"Ok seeing as i've gotten a call from my mother and a number earlier regarding someone coming to visit for i'm guessing some kind of intimidation. If you could send me a list of to who and what is owed i have the money to do so.
Believe me or not but it may take a week or so to return all items.

Just to show i'm not trying to stall or anything. i have customs forms for

Aslean Deshaw for Rocketeer
Kevin L Hinson for sabers
Roy Cabibbo for Halo Stuff.

Anything else i am missing the forms for so i have no return addresses."

He has agreed to send me the tracking info when they are posted. Please Guy's if youre name isn't listed above post youre details here and what is owed. I will keep the pressure on from this end. If he fails to deliver he knows i have my finger on the **** BUTTON. And so does his Mom.

Well he did say he posted my AP stormtrooper helmet on the 12 may, if he did as he said I will gladly ship him what he asked for, but not now until I get the helmet. Hope you guys get what your promised and monies owed.....

heres the proof ive got. Ill take it down if need be.

He was supposed to ship me a full shadow clone trooper suit as agreed. Is he trying to reimburse us with money's for the parts sent to him? If so then its valued at just about $1000.00 USD (what i was asking for all) plus the $390.00 shipping

I am willing to complete the deal we had but not until I receive the items he promised. so please pass that info on to him. But I will take my sabers back and move along (which is probably the best way to go).

i just need youre username , real name and the goods sent as well as youre postal address. at this stage getting the goods back is important. I will notify him but i cant send him the pix you have shown as it says the value is $50.00. He will use this against you. just the basics of the deal please. He never had a shadow trooper costume or any of the other props promised. they are all other peoples pix.

I just want to thank Simon-- for all he has done weather or not our stuff is returned. He has put a lot of effort into this for us.. Thank you. I know it ain't much but I would like to offer you a free custom plaque of your choice. thanks again Kevin

Guy's we will keep going on this. I am not overly optemistic on him keeping his word , After all his mother was dying last week. She sounded fine this morning. Anyway we still have the upper hand here and i will keep the pressure on. If we dont have tracking numbers (real ones) by this time next week i'll move to the next step.

at the moment its a start. Kevin I'll take you up on that plaque when this is over. And on the Y-Wing , Join the que mate.

That is great news for you guys, if he comes through. It is a shame though, as it is like a slap on his wrist. He will just turn around and do it again. On Skyline board, one post says they went to his mother's house and she made Mitchell give the stuff back... Guess he didn't learn his lesson there, he just moved on to a new board.... The RPF. Sometimes a crook won't stop until they get in trouble and convicted of a crime. There is a lot to say for the phrase: Scared straight!

Just seen this today. I live in Toowoomba QLD Australia and Back in 2010 I was just about to sell him a helmet on the Terror Australis Garrison Forum and he got banned. His name on that forum was Dylan and said he was from Brisbane. To bad he got baned before i sold it as i would have had his address and money.Hope he gets what’s coming.

Alright , I'm another victim here...been waiting on a full set of working lighted IronMan armor from Boomer....he said his Mum is in hospital...
Told him I understood because my Dad had just recently passed away.
But also said we needed the Ironman suit for two Charity events(one being a Children's hospital event)...he promised to send Express delivery...
Well, after two missed events and broken promise after promise...
No Ironman and many disappointed kids and event workers...

Oh, and I'm out a Batman suit as part of the trade$ deal...
Ahhhhhhh,
Anyone have details on him. Email, etc???
