yeah kind of messed up that i was trying to sell them to make some cash and instead paid out $400 to get nothing and not have any gear. Junk.

Three approaches...

First you can contact their local authorities and press a fraud complaint, but generally that goes no where, as to be blunt it's not high on the local police priority list in most cases...

The second approach is to contact an attorney local to them and initiate a civil lawsuit on your behalf, but that will cost you money...

The third approach is to have someone local intervene on your behalf, and I'm not talking violence or mob tactics necessarily as that would certainly put you on the wrong side of the law... Instead there are 100% up and up intervention tactics like hiring a local attorney to issue them a demand letter to fulfill the agreement --- or else... You can also hire a private investigator to gather info on your behalf either for a potential lawsuit or to be turned over the police, or depending on the laws to asked for your items in a legal manner... And if you are lucky you might even be able to get the local media to intervene on your behalf in some capacity and thus embarrass them into action...

It was opened up to give people a chance to join, like you and me and everyone else who is a member of the RPF.

This jerk also joined a while ago and was banned, he probably opened his SP account around the same time, just in case.

I know I'm not involved in any of this craziness, but it pisses me off! He looks like an everyday crack head thief! Unfortunately even a severe ass whipping, won't stop these type. Hopefully the police will get off their ass and at least chop off one of his hands....literally!

If everyone gets together across all the forums and coordinates a remedy you would likely get better results and likely perk the local authorities interest higher...

I am not involved in this either, and refrained from posting to keep it for the people who are involved, but this just makes me sick. I for one am tired of seeing this going on and people getting away with it.

I would pay a voluntary membership fee, or something, to put into a fund to prosecute people like this. Even if it went towards sending someone to..talk..face to face with these pieces of garbage!
