BANE! From Injustice God's Among us (Pic Heavy)

Back in early February I wanted to create a TDKR Bane for the Ottawa Comic Con. As I was working away on it I went to the web to research how to create the vest for it and in my search I found the Bane from Injustice (on March 28th). That point I decided there is probably going to be a lot TKDR Banes (and there were, at least 5). I decided to create the Injustice version instead. Problem though this was a couple weeks before the actual release of the game and reference images were VERY scarce. I only found one concept image of the front of the character. I found a video of game play and started to take screen shots. At least I could start on the front.

Once the game was released I decided to search again hoping someone has released some decent pictures didn't find anything until April 26th a youtube video of the "unlocked" costumes (see below). I figured this was as good as it was going to get.

I will just post pics if anyone has any questions about the process I will be happy to answer them.
Materials:

Costume:
(12mm) (1/2") EVA Foam
(2mm) craft foam
Tupperware lids (The Red and green squares)
Plastic 1oz and2oz shot glasses (spikes on the knee pads)
Meter of red LED strips
4x5m (4x16') of EL wire
15m (50') of PVC Tubing
Nylon Webbing
Lots of back clips
Lots of Nuts/Bolts and washers
Lots of hot glue
Lots of Thumb tacks

Mask: was done by my seamstress friend (Silver Lotus) as I have no sewing skills whatsoever
Cotton
2mm Craft Foam
Red lenses from cheap pair of Sun glasses.

How long did it take to build?

Up until now, about 100 hours (didn't really keep track).
I am creating a few more parts (boots, knuckles etc) and improving what exists.
