I'm trying to replicate exactly how the 5ft filming model looks, so that includes the bent hull plating and lifting access holes. I actually inserted some brass tubing to give it a more functional appearance. Of course, they will be painted. What's funny is that they are actually function.

What size holes and brass tubing did you use? And to make it functional, how long were those tubes and how did you attach them...adhesive, other reinforcements? Thx.
