i have been at this for a few months know, i still have to sort the pack back frame out and do his whip and little bits, it does a alot the lasers work insidethe face plate, the wrist it has a soundboard that has wires running to my fingers inside the hands and if i press my fingers together they make his clicking and his grown and all that jazz, it's also got a game cube fan wired up inside the mask so it draws the air in so i can breath without getting a major league sweat on, it's made from latex and smoothcast 65 d that stuff is awesome and really strong leather belts dyed lamb hide for his waist, the molds are made from polycraft silicon the paint is hammerite then buffed up with small amounts of matt black and sealed with a clear spray let me know what you think and if you have any questions fire away :) 10359508_10152926123992529_6118932087010904107_n (1).jpg

Looking great buddy. I love the shin armour. Do you make most of the parts yourself?
i started of using foam camp mat and built it up and used a soldering iron with a round end to make the dimples and the marks, put it flat on a table glue it down build some shuttering around it, then put plaster in when it dry pull the foam out and put latex in with thickener let it dry then pull that out and then stitch the back up with fishing line and put latex on it to make it become one and you have a shin then mix half and half latex with silver acrylic paint and spray it on then a small amount of black after

o and another thing if you want the final latex to shine its done with liquitex gloss medium and varnish mix it with half latex and some water and air brush it on you can buy it of ebay, if you just spray on liquitex on it's own or with water it will crack

hey sorry for my late reply i have been busy, basicly what i did is use 2 wellington boots and caked them in clay and sculpted them then put them in a box a put alot of plaster in there, then when it was dry pulled the boots and the clay out flipped the casts upside down sealed the bottom of the mold at the ankle then put some latex in there spread it about abid let it dray then pull them out the mold and put them back over the wellington boots the pictures are not in order but it's all there :)
