after reading that - all i can say is WOW!!

these guys really do sound like they've just come off of this site after reading what we all thought of AVP!! i think everyone on here who has read that now knows that this film WILL be awesome!!

i REALLY can not wait for this film - LOVE the fact that we'll see quite a few preds at the start too(even if they die ) - that brings hope of more figures, models, etc!

an as already said - they're talking of another film already!!!!!!!!!! an by the way they say about it they dont mean just to make money!!

This movie can still suck big time, even though it sound great, we really dont know how the movie are.
I remember what I first felt when they was doing AVP, damn nice I thought, but I was really disappointed with the film.

I just dont think we shoul have to high expectations, after all we have only seen the trailer.

Maby the bring to many new thing in the movie og maby the predator is TO evil, we dont know and can still be disappointed.

Dont get me wrong, I cant wait to see the movie (dont know if it also will be the 25 december here in Denmark???) I just hope it will kick ass.

Well, son of a... After I'd read that interview, I can honestly say...I am absolutely blown away!!!

Never before this, have I heard of so many forum/fan sites to actually cause such an enormously effective level of impact on how a film's made! This is (finally) a step in the right direction for filmmakers & fans alike. There's been so many other film's bashed everyday online since the net was created, but most filmmakers just continued to do what they wanted w/o ever really listening & more importantly, understanding the exact reasons behind how/where a film went wrong in the first place. Even though I'm still a huge fan of the first AVP, I agree there were areas that could've, & should've been a lot better & way bloodier. Same as so many others here, I held many doubts of FOX being likely to do any more than a few good moves in a follow up to AVP, but I believe ALL the credit for the great news now surrounding AVP-R lately is almost solely due to The Brothers Strause for having the courage to get it right & bring it back to the die hard fans level, instead of just tossing something at the highest number of the masses. I'd hoped this day would eventually arrive where it'd sound like they got done right, but I wouldn't have guessed so many great sounding changes would get done already!

Yeah, it's not likely the best release date for this type of film to pull in the biggest crowds, but it's a great way to find out how many true fans are out there. Personally, I've haven't been this excited about Christmas in decades because it's also my Birthday! Contrary to what you might be thinking, the answer is a big N-O. Nope...never once got "twice the presents".
But this year I couldn't care less...It's officially gonna be AVP-R DAY for us!!!

BTW- There was a predator & alien fighting in the water in S.E.E.D.! If you haven't yet, you gotta check it out!

There are rumors the date has been pushed back to the 18th of January, but we'll have to wait and see...

Hang on. i heard or read a rumour that 25.12 might be the US domestic release date and that we would be the International release which might be early Jan 08?
You still may make the 1st screening mighty hunter!!

Im still at work and my release date is still pencilled in for Late December, but that may have been updated in the last week.
Will check with Fox tomorrow and advise
