Avengers Trailer

It appears he has a parachute on his back... And it almost looks like the helicarrier behind him in the lower right (yellow lights)

could be one of those Quinn Jets, we see Thor flying and landing on the back of one I think?

The trailer is great, I am very optimistic about the Hulk, I personally think thats the best he has looked in a cinematic appearance thus far, I can definitely see elements of Mark Ruffalos face in the Hulk face, the scene where he catches the falling Iron Man made me think of that short animated clip, featuring Spider-Man, Iron Man and Hulk fighting a huge robot? Where Hulk also caught Iron Man when he was falling from space. Anyone want to hazzard a guess as to why the 3 were fighting each other? Training exercise? When Thor hits Caps shield with Mjolnir it looks like cap breaks up as a CG image?

Did i see right on the trailer that Thor is attacking Cap A ??

One of them is probably a Skrull... or whatever they're calling them in this film. :)

I stand by my previous comment.

So, that trailer says April 26th. UK is getting it before us!?

Yes we are. A whole week before. We got Thor before you as well, Mwah ha ha!
Don't worry though. They're punishing us for it. At least you get to watch The Avengers. Us Brits have to settle for 'Marvel's Avengers Assemble'. :angry

My eyes glazed over reading EoS' post, but Black Widow is a government-income Batgirl and Hawkeye is a government-income Green Arrow?

Or Cap without the steroids ;)

if you think about it, stark has a suit. no combat training, or excelling abilities. hes just an engineer, basically. smart, nontheless, but without the suit, with way less skills than both of them.

Yeah I always think of this when superheroes "fight" "normal" heroes

Are you referring to the "leviathan"? Verily something from Midgard perhaps?

Don't know if anyone noticed this or not, but we actually saw that "ship" in the Super Bowl trailer as well, just in a different context

My guess is it's one of the alien spacecraft... mothership perhaps?

And the sequel to that movie would be called 'Marvel's Avengers Assemble Required'

And A new picture from the movie was put online today......Seems to be the hulk and Thor looking at the Loki spaceship snake thingy

If he had it in his gloves he'd be poisoned by the radiation over time and have to lose the hands much like Luthor did when he wore a K ring. He tends to keep a chunk or a ring of it in a lead-lined compartment in his belt so it doesn't poison himself or do harm to Supes when they're World's Finesting it up.

Only time I've seen Bats have K in his gloves was in Dark Knight Returns, and Dark Knight Strikes AGain.

My guess/hope is that it's Jormungand - the midguard Serpent.

I enjoyed the new trailer immensely, but am I the only one who found Scarlett Johansson's dialogue delivery a little flat/wooden?

Did the trailer actually show IM, Cap and Thor fighting each other? Or could it have been IM and Cap fighting Thor? They've never met him. Perhaps that's their first encounter with him as a possible 'threat'. Just a thought.
