Avatar Na'vi costume pieces - makers?

I'm posting this for a friend who works for the "hospital to the stars" (CS)in Los Angeles. Through concerns about use of the name, I won't type it in full, but it has a huge budget.

They are looking ato do something with an Avatar Na'vi.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to existing costume pieces, someone who could do the head pieces (visors) or most especially the tail. A "How to make one" would be okay, too. Money is literally no object as far as my friend knows. Deadline is the end of the month.

Aradani Costumes make silicone half-masks ( they call it the Jungle Cat mask ). I've read a lot of people are using their Faun ears in blue as well, which look pretty great and are pretty reasonably priced!

Honestly, if I end up going to MegaCon this year, I would not be surprised if I see at least three people made up as Na'vi. There were a few people walking around as characters from "Watchmen", which had just been released.

I'm told that the hospital already has a professional movie makeup artist who will be doing the face and body, so I think they're mostly interested in the tail and the flight visor pieces, things their makeup person can't do.
