So I just decided that I'm going to make the hat I need for my POTC costume.
I think I know how to make it, what I'm having problem is finding suitable felt.
What kind of weight do you use for things like this? (Pirate hats, fedoras, etc) Also where could one buy a big piece of black, but not a whole roll of it?
