Someone here managed to identify and track down the exact doll used by the Ice Truck Killer in Dexter, so maybe we'll have some luck with this one....
So, first off, is this killer doll an off-the shelf, REAL doll (i.e. sold in shops) or was it a custom sculpt by the production team? The close ups (top pic) are making me think that that head is sculpted, resin cast and hand painted, but perhaps someone has seen a doll that actually looks like this?
