Article on Prop Collecting??

Awhile ago I read an article on prop collecting. The main thing I remember about it was a chart showing several various prop sales over time and how much they have appreciated. If I recall one was the Wicked Witch's hat from Oz.

I cannot find this anywhere and I wanted to read it again. Does anyone know where I can find it?
