On an episode of Arrow (Season 2, Episode 13), I noticed an unmistakable glass vial with gold piping, lid AND crystals on top:
Obviously, the prop man must be an Indy fan... that or Lao Che was a member of the League of Shadows. :-k For those of you who don't recognize it, this is the antidote vial from Temple of Doom.
