Armor Fixes

Hey guys,

I was about to do some modifications to some Sean Bradley HALO armor. It has been painted already. There are some cuts (not very deep) into the armor on the chest plate that I would like to fill, and prep for a re-paint.

What would people recommend as (A) a filler and (B) a sand-paper?

I am a total newb, and want a solution that is simple and quick.

Thanks.

I have not seen the armor, but if you are planning to wear it, I'd use something like Marine Tek, cause it doesn't expand nor contract.

You could also use epoxy, or bondo, but those tend to expand or contract over time (depending on how deep the scratches are); Or add a little silver paint around it and make it look like scratches and dents.

What is the armor made of?
