Are you making a pep item at the moment?

I'm sure we have a few pepakura makers here and I was wondering what are you currently working on? I just recently finished this for a member here. It's a Grizzly tank from the old Battlezone game. It was pretty fun to build it was actually 5 seperate closed pieces that had to be glued together to make it. But it was 16 pieces that had to be cut, folded and assembled. I really don't build pep stuff very much anymore due to health problems but I enjoyed building this item from a game I played when I was a kid.

I´m currently working on a Patlabor papercraft. I love the not too messy approach, one piece at a time (frickin small flaps on this model, although it will stand approx. 10 inch tall when finished) about 17 pages to go at a rate of about 1 page per day. You do the math when I´m finished with this one

I still have two 3D models that I need to clean up and then unfold, a concept vader and a blue senate guard, they´ve been on my harddrive for two and one years respectively :\ Guess it´s something for the cold winter evenings in retirement

Can't wait to see your's I had to do a search to see what a Patlabor looks like which reminds me of a Gundam, but looks like it will be awesome nonetheless.

That turned out great man! I can't wait to get it, so freaking excited. I've been wanting a real life model ever since the game came out in '98. There isn't much online but here is what the tank is supposed to look like all decked out and painted.

I had to look up what a Patlabor is too, :lol very cool MN, be sure to post it up!

I actually just finished up your subzero pep Vagabond
It became a bit warped but I'll find styrofoam head to put it on straighten it out and resin it. This wasn't the first pep of your I've done so just wanna say Thanks for the hard work man. :thumbsup

Looks like it just needs pushed or pulled a little at one of the bottoms, I also have a file for the Noob Saibot and Reptile Mask from MK 9 done as well as Scorpion's Sword from MK 9 they are all on the Tamasoft Pepakura Gallery but won't be there for long. End of the month the files will be pulled from the Tamasoft site, got too many people in the past that were pepping, molding and casting the MK Vs. DCU Mask files I made and selling them on eBay.

Yeah good eye it's just a bit tho and haven't had the time lately to complete it. Oh wow thanks besides the subzero I only had the Scorpion Bone Mask so that one was next and wanted to do the Noob Saibot and Reptile to make a display of my "fatalities":lol
Yeah it sucks that it seems to happen a lot with peps with people taking others work and claim it their own (and in this case selling it too). I'm sure you wouldn't mind as much if they paid you some kind of royalties and credit but unfortunately that ain't the world we live in =(

Credit yes, royalities no. I still have the rest of the MK 9 characters like Smoke, MK9 Scorpion which is a pain in my neck but I've gotten his weapons done, Sub-Zero's alternate mask, and then I can start unfolding Cyber Sub-Zero, Cyrax, Sektor, and then I can do Jax' arm's and Kabal's gear. I'll be busy for a while. But anyway's getting off track hoping to see more pepakura builds people are working on.

As a matter of fact I am. I am finishing up a Halo Reach suit pep for someone. I like pepping, it relaxes me.

I'm currently pepping an Iron Man/War Machine hand for display next to my cast helmet. just about to start gluing some bits together.
I also have an unfinished Iron Man faceplate I was pepping which i may finish after the hand.
