I'm a green cosplay builder, so I have some more questions.. did you spot heat the foam to get all of those smaller rounded shapes like the muscling and face, or did you sand it down.. I'm just kind of boggled how you did this. It looks like you made it from clay.

those small rounder shaped detail in every parts are cut inside of each parts valley and mountain cut from the inside glued so detail cut line will be viible from outside. no sanding has bean done.. all made from foam bro.. u just need to referered to what the pepakura look like.. follow the vallet and mountain cut.

Ah okay so super precise angle cuts gets that look. Dang now I'm wanting to throw away my in-progress pep cardstock build and try foam.

Oh no, I've only ever popped a helmet. I have never glassed, so doing entife I'm suit that way is going to give extremely valuable experience. Now once I get a large build size 3d printer my approach may change.
