Anyone recognize this Maul saber?

I picked up this Maul saber really cheap. It's not very accurate as far as that goes, but it's built VERY well and solid. The emitters are the oddity though. The fins are individually soldered to the emitter, and the tubes from the body to the emitter aren't the whole size, but actually like "feeds" into the emitter. Quite unique and honestly I really like it.

Let me know if you have any idea who might have made this (large pics).

Wow, nobody? Hmmm...I wonder if it wasn't just a one off by someone.

I am by no means an expert but sabers are my area of speciality and I can say I've never seen it before. It's probably a one off or possibly from a small private run done around the time of the crackdown?? It's very unique and I like it a lot.

Wow, what an intriguing interpretation. I think it looks pretty sweet. I've never seen one like that before.

Yes I got it from eBay. The seller said he got it from someone else a few years ago.
