I know this is an old thread, but I am new...so I thought I would share my Cobra Kai my wife and I did a few years ago. I had the patches custom make and it wasn't cheap. We did a Daniel costume for my 1yr old daughter as well. She won the contest...
Fun post to bring back, interesting that there is a Valley Martial arts that sells the patches?
Does anyone have images of Johnny's dirtbike helmet? Its Cobra Kai themed, I think it would be a cool one to replicate. In the movie you can old see it from certain angles and the the screen caps are not the best.

Basicly Just Buy the GI top I gave the link to above and sew a Golden Yellow Strip Around the Top part. Get the Patches off of Ebay and the Rest of the Martial Arts patches from any Supply Store, and you are set.
Just a few things I found
Hope some of this helps.
Sweep the leg! But only do it in our Authentic Karate Kid Cobra Kai Costume. Straight from the hit 1980s movie, there's no better version of the Cobra Kai costume anywhere else.

It was the more expensive version which was 129.99 when I got it. Looks like its 99.99.
I trained shotokan karate for many years, trained in Japan, earned my black belt (which is the one in the photos)
The gi is very nice quality.
I am assuming its the same one. (It was like 2018)
