Anyone have any Jamaican money?

Does anyone here have any Jamaican bills? I am in need of scans of parts of the $10 and $20 bills. Not the whole bill of course cause I don't want anyone getting in trouble.

I just need a high res scan of the bottom right corner of this bill.

And the top right or left corner of this bill.

Any help would be appreciated.

John.

Can you just go to a bank or business that does currancy exchanges? The current exchange is 1 US dollar = 37.50 Jamaican. You could get all types of bills cheap. I do not know the rates for exchange but you would have the whole bills for good.

Hope that helps.

I actually did try calling the banks near me. I am in a SMALL town and they don't carry any foreign currency other than US, they didn't know how long it would take to get in either...I also don't know if the newer bills (which they undoubtedly would send) are the same as the older ones like the pics I posted.

Bump for the night timers. [/b]

Strange I remember arriving in Negril Jamaica, and i remember converting my dollars in to Jamaican currency. But the rest of my vacation is kind of hazy...and somehow all of my jamaican cash seemed to... how do they say... go up in smoke. :angel

Hmm, I suspect that could be the case for a few that end up in Jamaica...sadly that doesn't help me with my search. ;)

I have a box with some various world currency I got from my grandmother some years ago. There wasn't much paper money (mostly coins) but it's worth a look. I'll let you know if I find something.
