Anyone have a vinyl cutter/plotter?

I need to have some lettering cut in black vinyl, preferably a matte finish. I have a vector graphic of the letters available as an Illustrator, EPS or AutoCAD file. I might be able to do a Corel file if necessary too.

The text is a two word, 15 letter phrase, all upper case, repeated 20 times and the letters are less than 3/8" high. Everything will fit within a 7" x 10" area.

Can anyone help me out? If so, how much? Please PM me wit details.

I might have you covered. I would need it in Corel or Illustrator though. Not sure if I have a matte black or not. I'm off for the weekend so I won't have access to the plotter until Monday. As for price IDK.
