Found the mask (under construction) on thingiverse:

Not from the movie,but perhaps a decent foundation for a custom version:

Open and unfold in pepakura designer 4.Keep in mind (I fell for this too) that computergame figures do not have realistic proportions,so better divide this figure in 3d software such as 3d builder (comes with windows10) ,and then open and scale each armor/body part separately.
