Anyone going to the MGM theme park? UPDATED.

Was wondering if anyone here was going to go to the MGM theme park. If so I need a favor . I needed to know Harrison Ford's shoe width. He has his footprint in cement in front of the Chinese theatre. I know he wears a size 10 1/2 but need the width. I'm doing a lifesize Indy display and am getting Screen Accurate sizing. Can anyone help?

If he wears a 10 1/2 why would you need the width? if your 10 1/2 shoes are exactly the same model he used you shoud be ok,, unless I'm missing something.

That park no longer exist.

They do, however, have a theme park newly renamed "Disney's Hollywood Studios."

IIRC, at the real Chinese, Harrison's shoeprint is done with Chuck Taylors. Size 10.5

I got a pair of those I can measure for you...

concrete shrinks and is not an accurate measurement of size.

Honestly, it's 10.5. That is the measurement.

The Aldens are orthopedic shoes so they have widths like D, E, EEE, etc. I'm getting ANAL about it. I remember sticking my shoe in the print and in my memory it was pretty close and I wear a size 10. Just thought I'd see if I could get an idea of what to get for a NEW pair of Aldens. :love

Just had a look at the Indy gear/club obi wan and they say he wears size 10 1/2 which is correct. Someone came up with a width of B. Can anyone varify this?

Just thought I'd give an UPDATE to those who might be interested. Marc of Adventurebilt Deluxe is doing a 2nd order of SA Alden 405's (which I'm getting) and he tells me Ford wears a 10 1/2 D. So my quest is complete. I will now have a SA and sized Indy costume. Now to find a display.:lol
