Anyone ever deal with member Fulcrum?

I sent him a money order for a Sgt. Fang helmet and I have not heard from him since around the 1st or 2nd of this month.
He hasn't been on the board, at least he hadn't logged in, since the 5th of this month. I know he said his wife was sick but I am starting to get a little worried!

Anyone here have any successful transactions with him?
Fulcrum is his board name!

I did a trade with him a month ago, and he recieved the item I sent, but I have yet to recieve mine, but he did tell me his wife is in the hospital, so either things are not going well for him, or he is just swamped with this situation, I am sure he will re-appear once things get better...I want my items too, and hope all the best for his situation...but I've not gotten any responses for 3 weeks.

I do wish him the best in his situation. But he should at least check in from time to time to let us know what is going on!

After the hassle he caused me with the money order I sent him, telling me it never arrived yet after I paid to have the US post office trace it and find it was received he tells me that it did arrive. Then I receive no product.

Oh, he said he would ship it one month ago and I don't expect airmail to take more than a few weeks to the UK. No replies to my requests for the USPS label number either...

If it is, I got a Sgt Fang helmet months ago, without any issues. This seriously surprises me that he is blowing people off like this - provided it is the same person.

I'm hoping all these situations work themselves out in a timely manner.

In regard to getting money back from a money order; not likely. All a money order is a safer way to send payments, instead of sending actual cash. It works just like cash because it is a check that is guaranteed by the cash that is backing it up. A much preferred method of paying to personal checks because sometimes they can take up to 10 days to clear. Money Orders can be cashed immediately.

A wonderful thing, those money orders.

Anyway.. After all his complaining about being scammed by Kyle "GQCustoms", you would think he would be more prompt about getting items out to people.

My red flags went up when he said he canceled his complaint with paypal against Kyle..
Just sayin', it was weird enough to scare me away from dealing with him.

IMO, Money Orders are about as safe as sending funds through Western Union to Nigeria.
Pay-Pal with a credit card is the safest way to pay that I know of.
