Anyone else enjoy "Up in the Air"?

Watched it last night.

Really liked it in a "Lost in Translation" way.

Yeah, I thought it was a very good movie. I thought it totally deserved it's nomination for best film. I thought it was very original... good story, good acting. Can't say that I can think of anything I didn't like about it. It's not a movie I'm going to buy and rewatch mind you but out of all the best oscar nominated films that I've seen from this year's past oscar race, it's probably the one I would have guessed would have won.

Hurt Locker was great but not particularly enjoyable for me while Avatar was enjoyable but not particularly great for me. Up in the Air was just a well-made character story I thought.

I also really liked Lost in Translation though I never would have thought of the comparison myself...

Yeah, I loved it. thought it was one of the better films I've seen recently.

Great film. Clooney's best so far.
