Dang potmetal :sickSuperglue is probably your best bet, or metal epoxy, then never touch it again.
That's why I love knockoffs :cool They break, and you're out $30.

Best bet would be drill and tap both sides and use some threaded rod and maybe JB Weld. Going to be tough aligning the pieces though.

JB Weld sounds like the best bet. I have never used it. Does it expand like Gorilla glue? I may be able to put a small nail inbetween the crossbar, and the broken piece. To give it a little added strength.

I FINALLY got my sword today.

The JB Weld seems to be working great. It took me all of 2 minutes to sand a small spot, put the JB Weld on it, and tape the piece one. It fit together perfect. I can't wait until it dries.

Now I need to make a "washer" to fill in the space.

if it wasnt some cheap potmetal, id weld it and grind it smooth, but again i do this kinda crap all the time and am equiped for it.
