Here's anothet tip.. Helmet dont turn out good keep it.. Salvage parts of the helmet to your own custom helmet like im doing pepper pot rescue invincible ironman... You'll be amaze of wat you can do .. Chin from iron patriot.. Face plate iron man extrimis.. Top iron man mk 42

Wow, I really like that helmet! I'm starting a Pepper Potts Rescue Armor/ Iron Man build and I think I may have to take your idea to modify the helmet with other parts. I really like it; well done!

Best tip I can give is to make a card stock version first to help see how the pieces fit together. Mark the card stock where you have issues/troubles so you know where to focus. It'll give you a good idea of what you're in for, help you with scaling, and prevent you from wasting foam.
