Any sources for an ACCURATE Heores Haitian pendant?

There are a whole bunch of variations out there. Does anyone know if an accurate one exists in a gold color? :confused

Costumebase seems to have two different ones - both wrong :thumbsdown

I have seen several types but they have all been silver not gold. Of course I always thought the one on the show was silver so I didn't know they were wrong.

NBC store sells this one. Looks accurate to Peter's, don't know about the Haitian's.

Pendant measures almost 2.5 inches..

Do you have a picture of the correct one? What's wrong in the one posted above? I don't see any problem making this out of Sterling. I actually thought about doing one for myself. I just bought $350+ worth of Sterling sheet stock for my x-mas rush. All I need is the thickness and accurate patten and I can hand cut it out. Let me know.

Yes I know about the one Russ made, but comparing Russ' and the one seen on the show, there are differences.

Not as far as I know. Nobody has bothered to do their homework with what should've been a really simple item!

You'd probably be best off getting it Rapid Proto'd and hand finishing it, or go ahead and commission a jewellery as it's gold in colour.

I don't know anybody that could draw an accurate rendition, I got some pics I collected if anyone wants to try it.

I think the original piece is supposed to be ivory perhaps?

The symbol is white when the young haitian has it but the adult haitian's version is an off white color, yellowish.

sakanade you may well be right there just found another source photo and the pendant seems to have a slightly variegated and translucent appearance which you don't tend to get apart from in natural products, I'd therefore go down the bone route, he was a poor haitian boy after all.

I would go that route if I was you. We didn't have this luxury 3 and a half years ago which is when I was looking for one.

If some one has a GOOD clear picture and size, I might be able to knock one out in Sterling. I made a couple during the show's run but I didn't think it was close enough to the correct symbol.

I also made one for a Heroes Fan Film that was to be heavily weathered.
