Any info on the KOTOBUKIYA Darth Vader ARTFX Statue from MR ?

Does anyone know anything about when this will be shipping? Will it still be available if it goes past the new year?
Supposed to be shipping in the fall???
I have it preordered and was hoping to have it by Christmas.

Why not get Kotobukiya's ESB Luke so they'll be in the same scale?

I hadn't heard they were re-releasing this one. It looks great from the front, but from the side it looks like Vader's trying to limbo under his own lightsaber.

I like the Sideshow likeness better, and they should be close in scale.

I didn't know this was a re issue...
I just like the pose.
Very different from many of the other Vader statues I've seen over the years. This one is just cool and artsy looking.
Well, I do hope I get it eventually.

Yes, one of my favorite pieces, but it is a really odd pose. I was thinking of heating up the legs in hot water and seeing if I could get him to stand up a little straighter. His torso is also a bit elongated and it needs detailing to make it really right (mask is all black for instance).

You can get these on eBay all the time. I got mine (without packaging) for about $50.

I like it, but the details up close are a little funky... I hate to say it, but the ROTS fig is superior in detail, etc. It has another funky pose, like a magician... :lol but the helmet looks more like ESB that ROTS, which I prefer...
