Could anyone understand what the Deathtroopers were saying? I don't know if it was even English. The voice made them seem more robotic to me.

I believe they sounded that way to improve their tactical advantage. It's like a scrambled communication channel.

Yes, multiple products show the DT helmets with lights. That must have been a feature Lucasfilm specified. It's odd that it is that commonly shown in products but did not appear in the film at all. I guess they changed their mind at some point.

Anovos announced at Celebration that a Deathtrooper "kit" is coming soon.

They had a prototype on display that looked fantastic. They were the first to say that this armor is much more elaborate than the original TK kit.

I'm wondering what the price point might be.The FIRST ORDER "kit" is $800 with finished helmet... but the PREMIERE ENSEMBLE is $6915. :eek

IF this is truly offered in the cheaper "kit" form then sign me up!:love

Same. Though I'll have to find an alternate Helmet. I tried on one of the Anovos helmets at Celebration, and I could BARELY get it on. It's not really wearable for me. Apparently, the actors in the movie had tiny heads.

My buddy has the current DT helmet. He said it's great but since it's fiberglass it's HEAVY as hell.

My guess is they might come out with a lighter weight, more economical version for the kit?

I really hope so. But man, if that helmet fit me better, I would have bought it. As it was, I had to force it past my brow, and my eyelashes were rubbing against the lenses!
