Hello!
Please let me show you my first Costume I made. :) (And please excuse my very bad english.:redface:redface) In oktobre 2006, my girlfriend revealed to me, that we would going to a huge Convention named "AnimagiC"...in pirate costumes. And she said, I had to make a Jack Sparrow Costume. :confused

So I started to work for this costume. ^^ I bought a lot at "Ebay" (Bandana, Beads, Vest) and learned a lot of sewing. :) In that time I found these Forum and it was a important source to get the infos to complete my costume.

In May 2007 I finished the first version of my costume just in time for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" triple feature in our cinema in my hometown.

In July 2007 I fineshed the final version of the costume. New pants, dirty shirt, tricorn (only the polyester one, sometime I will replace it with a real tricorn) and the frock coat.

Excellent mate! Fine form and the strumpets....wenches seem to be liking it too, savvy? There are Jack Sparrows and there are EXCELLENT Captain Jack Sparrows!

Is the beard real?

Making the leather tricorn is actually not all that difficult!!!

Thank you very much! :):)

Yes, the beard is real, but the two tails are beard extensions.
