Hello!
Please let me show you my first Costume I made. (And please excuse my very bad english.:redface:redface) In oktobre 2006, my girlfriend revealed to me, that we would going to a huge Convention named "AnimagiC"...in pirate costumes. And she said, I had to make a Jack Sparrow Costume. :confused
So I started to work for this costume. ^^ I bought a lot at "Ebay" (Bandana, Beads, Vest) and learned a lot of sewing. In that time I found these Forum and it was a important source to get the infos to complete my costume.
In May 2007 I finished the first version of my costume just in time for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" triple feature in our cinema in my hometown.
In July 2007 I fineshed the final version of the costume. New pants, dirty shirt, tricorn (only the polyester one, sometime I will replace it with a real tricorn) and the frock coat.
Some pics from the AnimagiC:
Uuaah, a Face to punch in.:wacko
I made many girls happy. :lol
Will Turner, James Norrington an Jack Sparrow:
