So I know there are a few of you out there that are not "keen" on my red fabric even tho i am for now (and until can sauce better this is all I have) but just thought I would show you my blue and my costume design.
I'v run two zippers parallel down the sides of the back (inside the seams... not perfect for my first attempts lol) and will have hidden velcrow along the top back belt to stiffen and hold in place.
Have not started the gloves because I'm frightened of doing them lol... bloody hard stuff and also not under glued the shoes in as I have not got any at the moment... yes lazy! ;-p
The face-shell and lenses are my own i very quickly through together as i am REALLY wanting some TJacks but think it just helps to show of the face for now.
Hope ya all like.
Cheers for looking!

ps... my friends arms are TINY!!! PMSL

I love red too tho.
A mini bit less bright or a mini bit darker would maybe match better to the blue but that can be due to the picture too ;) or its cause the webbing isnt on it yet

You did an amazing job for sure. Excited to see how it looks with webbing on it

Yeah :) when u just focus on the head. The contrast of the red to the lenses is really great i think. If u imagine black webbing on it it should be awesome

Hey man I hope u don't mind me asking but when you go to sew this is there anything you have to do to it spot sew like stretch it out or what? Because I plan on getting my aunt to sew it for me thanks!

I pin it all like a MOTHER (seriously) and then when sewing just stretch it ever so slightly at the same time. I use a medium stitch 1st so I can make sure it's all aligned properly on the right side when done then do a second stitch for strength/reinforcement.
