I think I'm on the right track, trying to make it as accurate as possible.
I will tone down the muscle shading and add the brick pattern, but only when I'm done with everything else.

Looks great to me so far! I'm glad to hear about the muscle shading being toned down a bit. Though I don't know if the brick needs to be toned down much; maybe just a bit in the red section. The brick on the blue section stands out very much on the movie suit, so I'd keep it.

very nice update! i am not sure: maybe the hightlights of the webbing is too bright or maybe the webbing need a little and smooth shadow: something is missing that it looks like a whole. the brick and the outline looks realy nice.

To make more money. Ok I think what happen was toy and stuff sold better with the old suit then the new suit. So making this suit might sale stuff better.

I am new to making a Spider-Man costume and I was wondering if there was a thread that explained in detail the process. I would love to purchase one of your patterns but I am not sure how to go about doing that... Or getting my hands on any pattern for that matter. Could someone please direct me to a place where I could do some research on making one of these.

I like how this new suit has raised webs but not raised as much as the Raimi style. That and the eyes are the only thing I like about it. Man if the Raimi suit had these eyes and the webs only raised as high as these are I think it would be my favorite suit PERIOD. That said the work your doing on this pattern is amazing. I'm down for a print when its done. Also are you going to make a file that doesn't have the spiders on it?
