i went to my local hardware store, and bought the thinnest sheet metal there.... .12"

is that really thick? am i crazy for trying to use that on a e11 blaster?

Depends on what you are using it for.

1/8" steel is going to be difficult to work with unless you have more then your average, every day, DIY tools.

Doable, but not as easy and more time consuming.

a dremel just won't cut it as your only DIY tool.

well my fiberglass reinforced cut off wheel did just fine, it took a while, with some sparks.....so should i walk the like 1.5, 3 all together walk to an ace hardware?
