Alternatives to Bondo?

I am working on a dragon priest mask on Skyrim and I need an alternative to Bondo. The base of my mask is card stock coated with 3 layers of wood glue diluted with water. I plan on making a mold of the mask. I'm unable to use Bondo because my parents know it's toxic and won't let me use it even with a respirator.

Bondo, with a respirator and gloves it's pretty safe. As far as alternatives, vinyl spackle, epoxy putty, or a modeling paste like Tamiya, Squadron, or Milliput might work for you.

Check on Ebay for Aves apoxie sculpt , It's no toxic and easy to use. Kitchen table stuff.

I second Aves. It's odorless and can be worked / smoothed with water.
