Did you use smoothing?
If you're making a pep not for 3d print, it shouldn't be too big that you're comp is crashing.
Or try to work by parts/sections.

From rendering result, it looks like it has been smoothed out, or you just crazy enough to draw in high poly.
Check your file size, loose more vertices, drop the color work on single plane only.
I used 3ds format to save more.

I used pentium core2duo and windows XP, it's slow and old, but doing okay.
Can't work on high-poly though unless it was broken into pieces.

So tell me guys which one would you like to see next?

IMIM2, I fixed the problem by updating 3dsmax itself with official hotfixes
Also I hope these pics answer your question about if I work in high polly or not haha

and @ the mod that edited my post, I'm sorry won't happen again, just thought it was ok seeing Some people post answers in their own language and didn't see anyone making a problem about it.

I hate to bug you, but you're flying through these, so I don't think you would mind. Could you please design the Mark 16 Nightclub? And maybe Red Snapper? Of course after the ones you want to design first. If you would need reference pics, let me know. Thanks!

Southpaw, no prob what so ever man ^^ Will try to finish both of them in the next week
Wanted to do both of those anyway (might even build the nightclub version myself)

Might even make the red snapper in such a way you could move the outer clamp things
