Aliens vs Predator comic idea

A while ago, I got this quite interesting idea for an Aliens vs Predator comic.
Its about a group of Colonial Marines that are sent to a colony that's overrun with Xenomorph, their mission is to locate a boy.
Neither the Marines nor their superiors are given any information on why this boy needs to be saved.
The Marines arrive at the colony and after fighting their way through hallways riddled with the corpses of both civilians and security guards, they are contacted by the boy via an intercom.
He tells them that he is hiding in the main security control room that is on the other side of the colony, one of the Marines asks the boy if he can activate any of the defence turrets, but the boy replies that power has been cut to the turrets and there is just bearly enough power for operating doors, intercoms and security cameras.
The Marines make their way to the main security control room, the boy opens the door as soon as they arrive and jump right into the arms of the captain.
But then the boy tells them that he isn't the only survivor, as he has been in contact with a childhood girlfriend of his, they are not in love with each other just friends, and that she is hiding in a storage room that is resonably safe expect for the fact that there is a bunch of Xenomorphs trying to break down the door and the boy pleads with the Marines that they must save her as well.
They discuss it for a few minutes and eventully agree on saving the girl.
But as they head to the storage room, the boy suddenly clutches his stomach in pain, one of the Marines is just about to run over and ask him if he's okay when something really shocking happens.
The boy is transformed into a Predator!
As the Marines stand there, looking shocked, they breath a sigh of relief when they see that it is still the same little boy deep inside there.
And so they quickly run to the storage room to save the Predator boy's friend.
So what do you think?
And by the way, before anyone asks questions about the thing with the boy being transformed into a Predator.
The boy's father is a Predator, although his mom never told him this expect that his father was really special.

Natural birth.
His mother was a combat medic in the Colonial Marines before she had to quit because of a really bad incident where several drops of Xenomorph blood almost completley destroyed her right leg.
She was trapped in a jungle during this incident and she was sure that she would die, until she heard something moving in the tree branches and she was sure it was more Xenomorph coming to finish her off, but to her surprise and horror it was a Predator, an atlethic one that had a helmet that had a symbol of a Xenomorph skull colored on its forehead and dark red armor.
She was lying there on the ground, trembling in fear for the first time in her life, and she closed her eyes and prayed for a quick death.
But to her surprise and shock, it never came.
She opened her eyes to see the Predator standing hunched over her almost completely destroyed and he was making the clicking sounds that the Predators were well known for.
And then he removed his helmet and looked up at her, she was surprised to see that the Predator's mouth was different, it looked a lot like a human mouth.
The Predator then told her, with the help of handsigns, that he would save her.
When she asked him why, he replied with handsigns that said something that she didn't expect at all, he had fallen in love with her and so did she.
The Predator then proceded to treat the badly damaged leg, but he had to remove the lower part of the leg as almost all the veins and nerves had been destroyed by the acid like blood.
After he finished the treatment, she then put a bandage over the stump and the Predator gave her a helping hand with tieing it up.
And then they looked at each other and smiled, then he picked her up gently and took her to his ship where she and he had an almost magical night together and this would lead to the birth of the little boy.

No it's good I just don't know about the idea of a human and a predator having a child.

It might work you know.
There are some movies and series that have those sort of things with an alien and a human having a sort of hybrid.
Take for example the old 80's sci-fi series V.
One of the female main characters gives birth to two children, one of them looks like a human but really is a Visitor.

I can't really see the boy just transforming instantly into a predator for no reason. Also the instant human on pred love is a bit of a stretch. Sounds like this would do better as a fanfic than a comic.

The idea is not stupid, Kåre, but might feel a bit far fetch seeing as human and pred DNA would/should be alot different from each other and blending "the natural way" would not work. But if you tweaked the story a bit more, like maybe the boy is an experiment or not even connected with predators at all, but has an modified chestburster or something inside of him, then maybe the story would work better.
But it also comes down to what seems plausible and more believeable to the majority of readers, next to a story that might only work for a group of people considering the content.
Keep on writing.

Much too sudden. It'd be more realistic, if there's such a thing, if done like the events in X3, when Archangel starts getting wings...

I don't know how well the games hold water in situations like this, as well as other comics...but the whole thing with humans getting to live longer by eating the predator heart - Comics, or Predator blood mutating humans - Predator Concrete Jungle, might help you in rethinking of that.

Of course, you probably know these references, but I thought I'd try throwing my hat in the suggestion pile xD

You know, that sounds actually a way better idea then the original idea I had.

Mandibles would grow inside his own mouth, dropping teeth out over the years and getting these fangs, having skin rashes that lead to slow transition to becoming a Human Predator Hybrid.

I'd go for genetic manipulation though, not the natural way.
