ALIEN motion tracker

Hi guys I have been making the motion tracker from the 1979 Alien movie for my cosplay at this years Supernova con in November, i have tried to make it as accurate as i can, but it did start out as a cardboard box. Here are some pics of my progress, please let me know what you think

I love this forum and am always bedazzled by the stunning craftsmanship and lengths people go to, to find the original 1965 1/4" wibble flangeit crossover screw from one of only 6 made that cost $2000... to make a completely found part prop. It's remarkable.. BUT.. What I love most is someone loving a thing and making it from scratch from whatever they can find. It's the essence of prop making and bursts with creativity. This is awesome and will totally look the part when done. I went to the 3D printing dark side and still love that in it's own right, but this is what I enjoy seeing and doing. Finding a 'thing' that looks like a 'thing' is so much a part of the ride. More of these builds please!!
