Ottostudios good guess! I've Googled but nothing close, although I have found some oillers with very similar looking attachments.

It appears "Glenn" just became a new member to finish his piece then left. He's most likely not responding because as many do, they feel if they don't share any information it makes their prop more valuable.

On the other hand I will try to explain my conclusions (my English is not very good).

The assumption that it's a precision oil tap makes sense until I think about using those two side tap adapters.

Could it be related to the venturi effect? In that case I think it would be an aspiration instrument

Yup, they're called "Tofflemire Matrix Bands Retainer" [among other things].
There's the handle too, which I think is a some brand of "Dental Octagon Examination Handle". The new version of these can be picked up for cheap.

It seems to be a mini gas welder with the option of connecting an oxygen cylinder (venturi effect..... )

Wanna know more ? Here are some pics of the model that a friend found online. (French Craiglist).
It is, indeed a mini gas welder as you can see on the attached images.
I'm currently working on a 3D model of it with, obviously, real references.

I apologize for resurrecting this thread, but I've got questions.

I PM'ed the OP trying to find out what the found-item metal tool they have pictured actually is, but I haven't gotten a response. Wondering if anyone else in this thread might know the provenance of what those parts are so I can spend a bit more time trying to track them down? Just hoping that fishing for answers will get me somewhere.
