Advice on vinyl for Mechwarrior model

I have a vinyl Horizon Mad Cat kit like this one.


Mine has suffered a bit and the holes where the arms and torso attach are broken and and the attachment holes are now too large.
I want to rebuild that area and I want to use vinyl as it allows me to heat the part up to insert and remove the arms.
I can't find where to buy vinyl sheets of 2 to 4mm.

Does anyone know a supplier or if there is an alternative I can use?
