Advice for mask sculpture

Hi I am fairly new to mask making and i have an idea for making the mandibles of the mask move but i was wondering if i sculpt the the face with the mouth and mandibles in open position if the latex will be flexible enough to fold in into a closed position because i don't want to make the mold and be stuck with the open face position
Any advice is appreciated . Thanks

Yes guaranteed picture a rubber mask from a Halloween store kinda thin latex flexible in every way, that is with out the foam once you poly foam it a lil less but still gonna work. All you'll get is a fold maybe but still cool

The correct way would be to sculpt them in a neutral position (what all the guys that have done this do). Keep in mind that RD407 isn't very flexible, so it's not going to look the same as silicone or foam latex.
