Wow, looks awesome. Years worth of work...That's commitment.

Its so cool hearing Adam mention the RPF.
I cant remember when, but i seem to recall an article where Adam was talking about the RPF and he was giving an example of the type of teamwork that the RPF is known for.
He mentioned the Warehouse 13 Farnsworth thread and how the members came together and managed to identify the nearly all of found parts used on the Farnsworth within no time.
I tried looking for the article but I couldnt find it.

I also read his artilce about his obsession with making an uber accurate Maltese Falcon...Great article.

I just learned about that TED talk and found if fascinating. Adam's enthusiastic obsession is infectious.

I have one as well.

From I can see in the vid, Adam and I have found they make great shelves.
(This was taken before I hooked it up.)
I like the gun as well, but I have way to much on my plate to take it on.

Hey Adam, outstanding build and a great video!
I got so excited when you mentioned the "blue" on the gun as being marking fluid. I don't know if you're on the R2 builder's group, or if you know this already, but someone there very recently had the same epiphany about the blue on R2's dome in ANH! That's what I used on my build and you can definitely tell that this is exactly what was used.
Anyway, thanks for that giddy little moment, and keep up the good work on your ZF-1. Looks fantastic!

I enjoyed the video a lot. Way more than the makers faire vid. Had to share it on FB. I'm jealous of the tools and equipment some of you guys have. I'd be happy with a friggin' band saw right now.

It would be cool if Adam did a monthly video blog from his shop, just talking about props, his projects, techniques, tools, tricks, etc. I'd love that!!
