After 10 years of longing and 6 years of searching, I finally have this in my possession:

Booyakasha!

SWEEEEEEET!!!

Tell us the history of that piece! Please! Is it a screen used prop, a repro, is it static or does it *shudder with anticipation* open up? It looks like it is a couple of shells, so I am guessing static, but I'd still love to hear about it.

Either way, a most wonderful piece, I am truely jelous.

OK now open it. :p

ANYway, now that I've got that out of my system:

1.) Do I even have to ask if it is screen-used?
2.) Do you know in what scene it appeared? (i.e., can you actually identify it on-screen)
3.) Has the paint faded, or has my memory faded? (it looks lighter-colored than I remember)
4.) SUPERGREEN.

Oh.. my.. GOD! :eek

All the questions I wanted to ask have already been asked; so get answering!

Bloody congrats, Matt. That is amazing!

oookkkkaaayyy! I'll bite, WTF is it????

"Voila: the ZF-1. It's light. Handle's adjustable for easy carrying; good for righties and lefties. Breaks down into 4 parts, undetectable by x-ray; ideal for quick, discreet interventions.

A word on firepower. Three thousand round clip with bursts of 3 to 300. With the Replay button (another Zorg invention) it's even easier. One shot, and Replay sends every following shot to the same location. And to finish the job, all the Zorg oldies but goldies. Rocket launcher. Arrow launcher, with explodin' and poisonous gas heads. Very practical. Our famous net launcher. The ALWAYS efficient flame-thrower. My favorite. And for the Grand Finale, the all new Ice Cube System!"

Love that quote. (y)thumbsup

..It is the ZF1, from The Fifth Element, by the way. :)

Oh, man! What a sweet one!

Here's one way to display it:
Put it in a plexiglass case, with a sci-fi base. And then, put a sensor in front where if you walked in front it of, Gary Oldman's voice would come out, introducing the ZF1........

Typical... :p

Dude seriously... what is it? Screen used static prop? what???

(Waits for Matt to post a blog where we see its actually a fully functional weopon)

No wonder I didn't know what it was. I hate that movie. :lol:lol

Sorry! Congrats on acquiring a piece you've been hunting for though! :cheers
